Product Information

Crafted by Expertic in East Germany during the 1950s or 1960s at latest, this spinning pyramid windmill features a brown wood design. It is a handmade piece and perfect for collectors of vintage holiday and seasonal items. It measures approx. 11 tall x 5.5 at base and 9 wide at windmill blades.

This pyramid is a unique and expertly crafted piece, possibly 70+ years old! Please note that some of the tree's curled branches have been broken off during that time of loving use. The base spins around freely; however, when the candles are lit, I am unable to get it to spin (maybe I'm just doing something wrong, I don't know--I'm not that well versed in these pyramid windmills). Maybe it's better as just a decorative piece, or perhaps my ignorance is your gain? The windmill blades have slight discoloration. The original box is discolored and a bit shelf worn and has no lid. Please see all pics. This comes with no candles but takes 1/2 -diam. pyramid candles x 3-4 tall.
